An Area Chapter
is a more formalized group that holds regular meetings and is lead
by at least five individuals who serve as officers of the Chapter.

DSWA's No-Cross Recruitment Policy |
Each Chapter operates under the guidance of the DSWA Chapter Director and is required to adhere strictly to the DSWA's Meeting Code of Ethics, which prohibits cross recruiting of any kind before, during or after any DSWA function. The penalty for violating the Meeting Code of Ethics is immediate termination of their DSWA membership and an inability to participate in any DSWA function in the future. The DSWA is proud to share that there have been no reports of any cross recruiting violation. |
