Coach Excellence

Experience What No Other Coach Training Program Offers:
	We want you to succeed. That’s why we focus so much on enhancing your coaching skills as they apply to the direct selling profession. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program of generalities.
	We concentrate on coaching techniques that you will immediately and easily apply to your business.
	We constantly monitor the evolution of the coaching industry—so what you learn will be the most up to date.
	You will begin with a three day live training on the front-end and twelve weeks of mentor coaching to support your coaching skills.
	You will participate in live web-based training to complete your certification.
	We will administer proficiency testing in one on one and group settings.
	We are accredited coach training program through the WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and an approved coach training provider by the International Coach Federation.
	You will be eligible to part of the DSWA Coach Referral Network.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) has certified the DSWA Coach Excellence program as a provider of Continuing Coaching Education units in the following categories:

* 46 hours ICF Core Competencies

* 5 hours Personal Development

* 4 hours Business Development

* 6 hours Other Skills and Tools

The CCE units can be used towards ICF certification. Please contact the ICF for more information, www.coachfederation.org.
