The DSWA established their Community Network Program to bring together members who share a common love of direct selling and a desire to grow, learn and support one another. There are two types of networks from which to choose, a Success Circle or an Area Chapter. |
A Success Circle is an informal gathering of DSWA members in your area. It can be formed with as few as 3 people and is often the starting point from which the group grows into an established Area Chapter. |

| An Area Chapter is a more formalized group that holds regular meetings and is lead by at least five individuals who serve as officers of the Chapter. | |

Why would I want to start a Success Circle or Area Chapter for the DSWA? Many direct sellers have found that using the DSWA as a common denominator, they are able to connect with others in support, networking, and accountability. |

How much time is involved? Because we respect your time and understand that you are building your own direct selling business and have personal commitments, we’ve established a system that has streamlined the processs.. |

How would I reach other Direct Sellers in my area? The DSWA would assist you with an email promotion to contact any other DSWA members in your area. |

What would we talk about? The new ”Build it Big: 101 Insider Secrets of Top Direct Selling Experts” makes a great discussion tool. Other circles are sharing from their favorite resources. |

Will we get help? The DSWA offers monthly calls to the Circle Organizers and Chapter Presidents to brainstorm, support, and network. |

What is really in it for me? Ever feel like you are in business alone? Want to gather ideas from outside? Wonder if anyone else runs into the same challenges you are? The Success Circle is a safe place to connect. No cross-recruiting, just sharing with other like minded individuals. What is in it for you is more opportunity for growth! |

DSWA's No-Cross Recruitment Policy |
Each Chapter and Success Circle operates under the guidance of the DSWA Chapter Director and is required to adhere strictly to the DSWA's Meeting Code of Ethics, which prohibits cross recruiting of any kind before, during or after any DSWA function. The penalty for violating the Meeting Code of Ethics is immediate termination of their DSWA membership and an inability to participate in any DSWA function in the future. |
